I got suspended yesterday from school....
If you don't know what Net Send is it's basically a way to send messages accross networks... well at school I was testing it out and made a fake error with it. Well some kid next to me figures out how to do it and sends death threats and such so they trace them back to him and he gets me involved in the mess. Turns out those messages went accross our whole district and disrupted 2,000 computers. My friend was there and somehow got in trouble as well. We could've gotten a 180 day suspension (theres only 174 in our school year if I hadn't sweet talked us out of it and losing technology privlidges at our district.
We only got suspended for 1 day. I was planning something extremely important for today, which happens to be the last day of school... I've actually been planning this for 2 months (it's nothing bad) and now this happens
Now I have to leave on Sunday to go around the world, so you wont see me around here much for a month and a half. I'm going to Europe and Israel. My family likes to be spread out inconveniently around the world The only interesting part will be the travel to Israel. Last time I was there I almost got shot by the Israeli army for hopping over the Israeli/Jordanian border For educational purposes I will be documenting my visits so you all can read.

Skip the story and go straight to the art!
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Since New Era's release three months ago, the reception the slashTHREE staff and artists have received for this project has been mind-blowing. It was on show at OFFF 2011, as well as SIGGRAPH 2011 and on our very own online shop. We are proud to report that the New Era books have been completely sold out, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the overwhelming amount of support.
Today however, the collective proudly unveils its seventeenth exhibition, an exhibition in which the artists were asked to reflect on some of the

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Since the release of Paradigm Shift and our new website, the SlashTHREE collective has been working feverishly on several new projects. The first of which, dubbed the New Era project, has been one of the most ambitious and well received in the collectives history. We were humbled by the invitation to present at this years OFFFestival in Barcelona where we unveiled 'New Era' for the first time.
The project showcases 21 never before seen pieces in addition to 20 'classics' from the last several exhibitions we have dubbed the 'hertigage' section.

DON'T BOTHER WITH A STORY, SHOW ME THE ART
Ladies and Gentlemen,
slashTHREE is proud to kick off 2011 with a new visual identity, recruits to our artist core, partners and affiliates and means of exposure. Perhaps the greatest accomplishment of all, however, is our landmark fifteenth exhibition, which embodies the changes that are occurring throughout our collective.
Our artists were encouraged to view the world in a different light, to visualize situations in which core beliefs are shaken, to take artistic aim at styles or moods previously unattempted or simply to imbue new ways of perception. The result? Over 100 finely crafted images, c
